Life now a days become easy for people. Most of the people doesn't do any hard work whole day. It's the generation of machines which make us lazy. Most of the work is done by machines. So people don't burn much calories than they consume. So we gain weight, because we consume more than we burn. Not everybody has time to go to gym and burn calories. So overweight is a problem with most of the people.
There are other factors also, some having hormonal problem and our lifestyle or the type of food we eat. Food is the main problem in this because the fast food we eat is harmful for our health. There is a high quantity of fat in this.

- Do exercise everyday. We need to burn more calories than we consume only than we able to control our weight. At least give your body half hour a day.

- Get good sleep. Sleeping 7-8 hours a day may help with weight loss.
